The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our IT team. As part of Technology Operations, you’ll be working across Irdeto’s IT landscape, identifying opportunities for improvements, systems automation/orchestration, and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate should have a depth of experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and related technologies coupled with experience managing a team in an IT organization.

Your mission at Irdeto:

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
Working with business stakeholders to define and implement an Infrastructure strategy.
Overseeing maintenance and upgrade activities including patch and vulnerability management.
Managing the infrastructure and SaaS vendor ecosystem.
Balancing operational workload vs project delivery demands.
Manage and measure alignment with IT operational SLAs.
Setting team objectives and development plans.
Effectively communicating with internal clients, including senior stakeholders, both in coordinating ongoing operations and answering any questions or concerns.
Work with the Architecture, Business applications, and Security teams to coordinate and develop processes to meet the requirements of the business and to improve existing processes.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and developing a healthy working environment.

How you can add value to the team:

While this is not a “hands-on” role a technical background is required:
- Expert-level experience in the Microsoft ecosystem with an emphasis and Active Directory and Azure.
- Experience working with MS SaaS offerings such as Office 365 and exchange online.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as HyperV and VMWare.
- Understanding of backup/restore methodologies and platforms.

In addition, the following areas of expertise are highly valued:
- Familiarity with ITIL Methodologies.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access management technologies.
- Experience working at all levels within an IT organization (up to and including “C level”).
- Ability to prioritize workloads across a team.
  - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  - Excellent presentation skills.
  - Positive, proactive, and motivated; “can-do” attitude and a team player.
