Step 1

This is where the adventure begins! We'll ask you to submit your application online, showcasing your skills and experiences. Show us what makes you unique and why you're interested in joining Irdeto. Don't forget to share your passion for technology and our industry.

Step 2

Congratulations! You've caught our attention. In this step, we'll schedule a phone call or video chat with our recruitment team to get to know you better. Expect questions about your background, interests and what excites you about Irdeto. This is your chance to show off your personality and ask us any burning questions you might have.

Step 3

Interview Time: During the first round of interview with your future manager, we will be interested in specific examples of your experience. During this stage we recommended approaching the interview with the STAR approach including things such as what was the initial problem to solve, how exactly did you approach it and what was the result. Don’t forget to have some questions prepared so you can also ensure this is the right fit for you!

Step 4

Technical Test/Assessment: If you applied for a technical position with us, we may ask you to complete a technical assessment (e.g. a coding challenge or knowledge test). ​ For those non-technical roles, you may be asked to complete an assignment or create a presentation on a topic related to the vacancy. ​This will give us insight into your working style and what we can expect from you if you would join us.

Step 5

The Final Countdown: After the interviews have been completed, we'll discuss the final details and potential next steps. We'll talk about your compensation, benefits and the logistics of joining our team. It's an exciting moment as we prepare to welcome you to Irdeto! If you are not successful we will share detailed feedback and hope to hear from you again next time a position is of interest.

Welcome onboard! To ensure a seamless and successful transition into your new role, your onboarding experience is specially designed to equip you with all the tools and information you’ll need from day one. You will receive a warm welcome from our HR team outlining what you can expect during your first days on the job. ​
