As an Anti-Cheat Software Engineer, You will Be a part of a small, international agile "anti-cheat" team in an English-speaking environment where your opinions and ideas are encouraged and heard. You will be involved in, and learn about, areas such as hardware-assisted virtualization, modern personal computer architecture, windows internals, virus and cheat-related technologies and techniques, cloud computing, distributed data processing, high frequency and volume data processing, data mining, data analysis, novel approaches to current and future threat detection, upcoming trends in game industry.

Your Mission at Irdeto

• Get exposed to security analysis and binary reverse engineering
• Regularly and critically discuss and assess the impact of security features
• Make a real impact in video game security for the newest, most popular games in the market
• Acquire extensive know-how and skills in the newest technologies in the video gaming security industry
• Have a unique chance to challenge yourself and develop solutions in diverse and likely new for your areas, including, but limited to reverse engineering, high-performance server software, kernel driver development, network protocols, security, and data analysis.

How can you add value to the team?

• Bachelors or Masters' degree in Computer Science or have relevant work experience
• Strong programming foundations in C / C++
• Practical ability and theoretical knowledge of methods supporting sustainably delivering quality code 
• Attitude-oriented on innovation, problem discovery and solving.
• Will to constantly learn new things and facing unique challenges.
• Good understanding of operating systems architecture and mechanisms.
• Practical experience in the development of Windows device drivers either through previous work experience, studies or personal projects
• Analytical thinking and passionate about developing defensive security solutions.
• Experience in developing cloud systems and designing distributed data processing algorithms.
• Ability to self-motivate and work alone or cooperate depending on needs.
