Your Role at Irdeto:

  • Provide support and integration services for DTH/OTT customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Integration and Support Manager to ensure timely resolution of reported issues in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Quickly learn various video technologies, conduct analysis, and deliver solutions that meet customer satisfaction.

  • Eager to learn about diverse video technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for a one-year internship.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, including remotely.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills with the capability to quickly learn new technologies and provide timely analysis and solutions with minimal impact on end users.
  • Take ownership of reported issues until resolved.
  • Effective presentation skills for small and medium-sized groups.
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Visio and Project.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication.
  • Basic understanding of DVB/MPEG standards, scripting languages, databases, DRM and AWS is an advantage.
