We’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner passionate about people and talent to support HR activities for two of our businesses, Gaming and Connected Transport. While the initial focus will be on covering maternity leave, this is not a temporary role. Beyond this period, the position will expand to drive performance management, lead change initiatives, and contribute to the HRBP team’s transformation into a more strategic function.
Based in Hoofddorp, you’ll collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute people and talent strategies, partnering closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (Reward and Performance, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Operations). You will be a key member of our global HR team and report directly to the VP of Global HR, who is also based in Hoofddorp.
What you will do:

People and talent strategy and leadership: you will partner with senior business leaders, their leadership teams and HR CoE colleagues to deliver value-adding, high impact HR support to your business groups.

HR programs and processes: you will collaborate with your senior leaders and their teams to deliver and support HR programs and processes, including team effectiveness, reward planning and performance management, talent management and development, employee engagement.

Organizational design and development: you will ensure that the business groups you support have the structure, resources and talent they need for the future. You will identify organizational capability and talent gaps and deliver solutions, in partnership with your HR COE colleagues.

HR BP improvement and transformation: you will work with the VP of Global HR and HR leadership team colleagues to ensure that the HRBP model works successfully and delivers impact and value to the business. You’ll help us to measure HR's contribution to Irdeto’s business performance and bring forward suggestions for improvement and optimization in the HR function.

HR projects: you will work with HR COEs on HR projects, business initiatives and improvement opportunities.

Data and insights: you will use data and information to influence your business groups. You’ll be up to date with the latest HR trends and developments and incorporate them into your work and the work of the wider HR team.

A proven track record of success as an HR business partner

Experience in supporting a business through a period of growth and expansion

Strong experience and affinity with performance management and change management, enabling you to design, implement and guide business groups through effective performance practices and transitions

Good influencing skills – you’ll use data and information to recommend solutions, make informed decisions and influence business leaders

Familiarity with operational HR, performance and talent processes, systems, and the day-to-day work of the HR function

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English), and a high level of confidence in communicating clearly with stakeholders and employees

You’ll be a team player with good relationship-building skills - strong on collaboration and able to get things done with and through colleagues around the organization

Able to deliver results, navigate complexity and see things from both a business and employee perspective.
