The Role: 

As the Senior Account manager, you will be joining Irdeto’s Video entertainment business unit; responsible for managing/owning a portfolio of selected existing regional accounts. 
Reporting directly to the Global Director- Account Management, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction & retention rates, and maximizing revenue generation by upselling/cross-selling within these accounts thereby contributing to our 2026 growth ambition. 

  

Your mission at Irdeto: 

  • Responsible for building/ nurturing existing customer relationships to retain and grow the business 

  • Accountable for delivery of Irdeto’s products and services as per the contract with efficiency & speed. 

  • Establish, negotiate, and manage all contractual agreements. 

  • Effectively manage license renewal, service extension, and recurring orders in a timely manner. 

  • Proactively seek opportunities to expand the sales of additional services and products with both existing accounts and prospective new accounts. 

  • Accountable to deliver against a global sales target. 

  • Accountable for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

  • Effectively liaise with customers to provide accurate revenue budgeting and forecast for business planning purposes and maintain the data in the CRM system. 

  • Collaborate with different functions and across other departments (product, sales, pre-sales, sales-support, supply chain, marketing, and others, to effectively handle and resolve any outstanding issues). 

  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm composure and enjoy working under high-pressure situations. 

  

How you can add value to the team: 

  • Prior experience managing a customer portfolio in the video entertainment industry - (industry knowledge and product understanding are important to succeed in this role). 

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English. Any additional languages would be a bonus! 

  • A strong collaborator and team player eager to contribute to Irdeto's success with a record of achieving results. 

  • Strategic mindset with a go-getter attitude. 

  • Ability to keep organized, effective time management and prioritize workload. 

  • Willing to take on challenges, problem-solving capability.

  • Enthusiast, highly motivated, and energetic. 

  • Educated to degree level preferably with potentially a post-graduate degree in business. 

  • Experience with using SalesForce is a plus. 

  • Strong negotiation skills and Ability to influence.  

  • Highly motivated and result driven.
