The Role: 

 Our Market Intelligence team guides Irdeto's strategy toward our 2030 vision to become the leader in the digital platform security market. Internally, we lead the execution of research and analysis across all our verticals and target markets (Video Entertainment, Video Games, Connected Transport) to support strategic decision-making, especially in today’s turbulent business environment.

Join our Market Intelligence team to explore the world of cybersecurity at a cutting-edge technology company, helping to develop global market and competitive analyses. 

This exciting full-time internship position starts in June 2025 and runs for six months. 

 
As our Market Intelligence Intern, you will focus on supporting the development of global market and competitive analyses. Working directly with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management) and external third-party research companies, you will support the Market Intelligence Team’s mission to identify market trends, provide early warnings, and continuously aid decision-making by offering a clear view of the market and its players. Your learning outcomes will include gaining deeper knowledge in business strategy, marketing, market research, and the various industries Irdeto operates in (digital media, video games, automotive). You will apply your theoretical knowledge and research skills within an international workplace while undertaking real-time global projects — expanding your professional network in the process. 

 Your mission at Irdeto: 

• Perform creative desk-based quantitative and qualitative research on market drivers, market sizing, and competitive analysis. 

• Gather/cleanse data, build analytical models, and run scenarios. 

• Write recommendations and draft reports and presentations based on your research. 

• Create business cases under the supervision of the Market Intelligence Team. 

• Interact with external analysts and senior management. 

• Maintain and update the Market Intelligence portal (an online repository for market and competitive intelligence material). 

• Create in-depth reports based on collected market and competitive intelligence. 

• Develop and maintain detailed profiles for top competitors, including industry benchmarks (by region and solution line), SWOT analyses, etc. 

• Support the business planning process by providing insights and analysis for tactical and strategic decision-making.

• You are positive, self-motivated, dedicated, initiative-taking, not afraid to take risks, passionate about making a difference, and have a can-do attitude. 

• You are currently undertaking, or have recently attained, a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field. 

• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common business software. 

• You are passionate about working with data and creative in gathering and analyzing information. 

• You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
