About the Role: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Intern for our Talent team in the Human Resources department. This internship offers hands-on experience in various facets of talent development as well as involvement in the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about employee growth, learning, and all things talent! On the recruitment side you will support various stages of hiring, gain exposure to sourcing strategies, and learn how recruitment drives business success. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • L&D Coordination: Help organize and coordinate ad-hoc L&D initiatives, such as workshops, training sessions, and webinars, by managing schedules, and logistics.  

  • Intern Recruitment: Coordinate and support intern recruitment processes end-to-end, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. 

  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by updating the career section of the website, promoting roles internally, and contributing to recruitment-related content on social media. 

  • Content Management: Regularly update and maintain the SharePoint Talent Development and Talent Acquisition page to ensure information is current, accurate, and engaging.  

  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in L&D and talent development, and hiring insights.  

  • Talent team projects: Engage with cross-functional projects to broaden HR exposure. 

Who You Are  

  • Currently Studying: Enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or a recent graduate).  

  • Curious and inquisitive: Actively seeks knowledge, asks thoughtful questions, and enjoys exploring new ideas or perspectives. 

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.  

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools.   

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Collaborative: A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  

  • Passionate about Learning: Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the field of talent development.
