The Role:
As our Intelligence Services Delivery Manager you work directly with high profile customers to provide a suite of managed Cyber Services solutions in the video entertainment, video games and connected transport industries. In this "player manager" role you will be coordinating with relevant Irdeto teams, supplying services to customers in a timely and professional manner but also have the opportunity to lead super smart intelligence and investigative individuals. You will leverage off your operational investigations and threat intelligence gathering experience to ensure success in this role. If you're already working in our industries and you have a solid understanding of the current piracy, IP crime, fraud and cybercrime landscape, it will certainly be advantageous for this position.
Your mission at Irdeto:
- Leading project service delivery ensuring that all aspects are delivered at a high standard, and that SLA and targets and contractual requirements are met and, where possible, exceeded.
- Effectively communicating with clients, including senior stakeholders, both in coordinating ongoing operations and answering any questions or concerns. Lead or attend customer meetings, video and phone conference calls.
- Leading a team of Intelligence and Investigation Analysts.
- Generating and presenting reporting data to the client, including tailoring such reporting to the needs and interests of the client.
- Work with internal cross functional teams to coordinate and develop processes to meet the requirements of the client and to improve existing processes.
- Liaising with the Irdeto Sales, Product Marketing, Legal and Engineering teams to ensure that requests or opportunities for new service offerings (including RFP’S, RFQ’s and RFI’s), or expansions to existing services, are processed and presented accordingly.
- Communicating with third parties (e.g. investigation agents, technology vendors, social media and e-commerce platform representatives, etc.) on behalf of our clients.
- Define, own and improve the processes that underpin service delivery to customers.
How you can add value to the team?
- 5 years previous experience in providing managed cyber services, including threat intelligence gathering/analysis and investigations preferably within the video entertainment or video games industries.
- Excellent written and verbal and communication skills, with the ability to document and communicate technical concepts to a sometimes-non-technical audience.
- High level organizational and resource management skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Capable of participating in, and driving, customer meetings and presentations.
- Innovative thinker/problem solver with strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to present information in a clear, succinct, and compelling way.
- Previous experience leading a team of Intelligence Analysts
