We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HR leader to step into the role of Global Head of HRBPs. In this role, you’ll manage a team of three HR Business Partners (two based in the Netherlands and one in India) and serve as the strategic HR lead for our largest business unit, Video Entertainment. You’ll drive strategic people initiatives while staying close to the business, combining high-level impact with operational excellence.
You will be based in Hoofddorp and report to the VP of Global HR. You’ll work closely with senior business leaders and our global HR Centres of Excellence (Reward, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Operations) to help shape and execute people strategies that support business goals.

What you will do:

Lead and develop the global HRBP team: Manage and coach a team of three HRBPs, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR support across regions.

Strategic HR leadership: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, particularly in our Video Entertainment business, to shape and deliver strategic people plans that enable growth and innovation.

Drive performance management: Lead the implementation of performance management practices across the business.

Organizational development: Support business units in shaping fit-for-purpose structures, identifying capability gaps, and aligning talent to future needs.

Model and scale best practices: Set the standard for strategic business partnering and elevate the HRBP function through tools, frameworks, and coaching.

Contribute to HRBP transformation: Collaborate with the VP of Global HR and HR Leadership team to continuously evolve the HRBP operating model for greater impact.

Hands-on execution: Stay grounded in delivery, whether it’s facilitating leadership sessions, resolving people issues, or guiding reorganizations.

Use data to drive action: Leverage data and insights to shape decisions, drive accountability, and improve people outcomes.
What you bring

A proven track record in senior HRBP or HR leadership roles, preferably in an international environment.

Experience managing and developing HRBP teams.

Demonstrated success in driving performance management and organizational change.

Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Strong analytical and influencing skills, using data to shape strategy and decisions.

Experience supporting large, complex business unit in an international environment.

Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.

A collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills, enjoys partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
