The Role: Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager in Irdeto’s Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing robust integrated marketing campaigns for all our business units, globally, that create qualified demand, improve conversion rates at all stages of the funnel, and accelerate pipeline growth.

This role requires a well-rounded marketer with expertise in outbound and inbound digital marketing campaigns. This candidate is analytics-led, always looking for opportunities to improve the digital strategy and raise the bar.


A strong stakeholder manager, the digital marketing manager will work closely with field marketing, communications, content and product marketers to consistently improve results for digital campaigns This position is based in the Netherlands.


As a Digital Marketing Manager at Irdeto you will

  • Own the digital marketing strategy / digital go-to-market plan.
  • Manage most of our MarTech stack for tracking, launching, and optimizing Irdeto’s digital marketing channels and campaigns, and make sure that they are well integrated with each other (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Zapier).
  • Generate new leads and nurture existing prospects across several digital channels for global digital campaigns. This can be 3rd party databases, LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and some regional channels that we are experimenting with like Naver in Korea.  
  • Further implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) into the marketing strategy and to support the sales team with insights on in-market accounts.
  • Together with the marketing operations specialist, ensure a good flow of data between Pardot and Salesforce, to enable correct analysis and reporting of marketing sourced/influenced opportunities and key account insights.
  • Actively seek out new and different tactics to reach the target audience and keep up to date on modern marketing trends
  • Determine budget and targets and design marketing plans to achieve them.

What can you bring to the team?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Marketing experience in a B2B environment of 5+ years
  • Experience using Pardot, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager and other tools across digital marketing 
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest methods, trends and technologies for advanced digital marketing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
