The Role:

As an AI Support Intern within the Business Application Services team, you will play a key role in supporting Irdeto’s AI enablement strategy.  You’ll work across our enterprise systems to help integrate, optimize, and scale AI tools and workflows. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for AI, automation, and systems thinking, who is eager to learn and contribute to real-world AI applications in a dynamic enterprise environment. 

How You Will Add Value to the Team 

  • AI Tool Integration: Assist in designing, developing, and testing integrations between AI tools (e.g., AI Bots, copilots) and enterprise systems to enhance productivity and user experience. 

  • Workflow Enhancement: Collaborate with the integration team to identify and automate repetitive tasks, streamline data flows, and improve operational efficiency using AI-driven solutions. 

  • Business Engagement:  Work with stakeholders across departments to understand their AI-related needs and challenges, and help translate them into actionable technical solutions. 

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Support the development of dashboards and reports to track AI tool usage, performance, and cost metrics, helping guide data-driven decisions. 

  • Model Tuning & Feedback: Participate in refining AI responses by analyzing user feedback and helping to adjust prompts, datasets, or configurations to improve relevance and accuracy. 

  • Training & Documentation: Contribute to onboarding materials, user guides, and training sessions to help teams across Irdeto adopt and effectively use AI tools. 

  • AI  innovation: Each week, new developments emerge that are worth analyzing or testing. This fast-paced environment offers continuous learning opportunities and helps identify innovations that could bring real value to the company. 

 

How You Can Add Value to the Team 

  • Develop Smart Integrations: Design, build, and test integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems to streamline workflows and enhance automation. 

  • Enhance AI-Driven Workflows: Collaborate with the integration team to optimize and expand existing workflows using AI capabilities. 

  • Solve Real Business Challenges: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and process challenges, and help implement innovative AI-powered solutions. 

  • Support Automation Initiatives: Partner with Infrastructure and DevOps teams to automate operational processes, leveraging AI and scripting tools to improve efficiency and scalability. 

 

What We Expect from You 

  • Proactive and Collaborative: A positive, self-motivated team player with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn. 

  • AI & Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with AI models and SaaS platforms and confidence in exploring and utilizing APIs. 

  • Scripting/Programming Skills: Experience in Python or a similar scripting languages for automation and integration tasks. 

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to support AI tool optimization. 

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication in English.
