The Role:
Exciting developments are happening in Irdeto's Connected Transport with upcoming growth and new customers. As a Customer Program Manager, you are the vital connection between customers, partners, product managers, sales, and engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex customer projects. You will manage end-to-end solutions for the Fleet team and working with our fantastic Keystone solution. In addition, you will provide ongoing account management and customer support, supporting training and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing insights to improve product offerings. Your Mission at Irdeto:

Planning and managing customer program launches, delivery schedules, and milestones.

Collaborating with internal teams to address risks, maintain change logs, and align roadmaps with goals.

Leading customer support activities, including product installation, training, and issue resolution.

Account Management activities, leading and providing commercial responses to the customer as needed.

Traveling to customer sites for business reviews and field support if required.

Contributing insights to enhance product quality and scalability for production and commercial needs.
How You Can Add Value to the Team:

Experience in program / project management of automotive electronics or within the commercial fleet industry with a focus on customer-facing roles.

A technical background with experience in vehicle electronics, systems, or related fields is ideal.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer interactions to a successful conclusion. .

Experience in commerical conversations and account management is beneficial
-
PMP certification or basic understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Ability to travel to customer sites on occasion.
