The Role: Regional Marketing Manager

As the Regional Marketing Manager in Irdeto's Demand Generation team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and executing robust integrated marketing campaigns across several key industry segments. Your primary focus will be to create qualified demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and manage customer nurturing and partner activities within your region.

 

We are seeking a well-rounded marketer with expertise in field and demand generation campaigns. In this role, you will deliver highly effective marketing programs that align with both corporate and regional objectives. Your responsibilities will cover tradeshows, bespoke events, email blasts, partner marketing, gifting, digital campaigns, and more.

 

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary interface with the regional sales and business development teams. Your ability to excel in stakeholder management will be crucial as you collaborate closely with digital marketing, communications, content, and product marketers to consistently improve the outcomes of regional campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a key member of the sales and business development teams, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives, local market drivers, customers, and needs.
  • Build strong relationships with regional account managers, positioning yourself as the 'go-to' marketing resource in the region.
  • Develop and execute multiple regional, multi-channel campaigns that drive demand generation, utilizing both global resources and your own expertise.
  • Customize global campaigns with regional tweaks as necessary to optimize their impact.
  • Measure ROI for each campaign, tracking, analyzing, and reporting internally on effectiveness.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and allocate spending within the region.
  • Infuse creativity, innovation, and regional flair into marketing initiatives, while promoting best practices and sharing insights with the global team.

 

This role is a remote position, with the requirement to occasionally join early meetings to accommodate CET timezone stakeholders in the Netherlands. Travel will be necessary, approximately 20% of the time.

 

What can you bring to the team?

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, field, and brand marketing. Previous experience in a technology firm is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing complex marketing plans.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to critically analyze data to drive and influence marketing activities and expenditures.
  • Experience in managing in-person and virtual events.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and establish internal partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with individuals at all levels of seniority in a complex global environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
