Systems Integration Intern

As a Systems Integration Intern, you will support the day to day operational activities of the Integration Team

within Business Application Services. You will gain practical experience with enterprise applications,

integrations, support processes, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement. You will also

work with Oracle related processes and learn how Irdeto is enabling responsible and practical use of AI across

the company.

This internship is ideal for someone who is curious about how business systems work together and wants

broad exposure to technology and business operations in a mid sized international enterprise. You will work

with different departments, learn how their processes connect, and help the team improve reliable data flows

and services.

How you will add value to the team

• AI enablement: Learn about Irdeto’s AI tools, governance, support model, and adoption activities, and

contribute to practical initiatives such as testing use cases, improving guidance, and supporting user

education.

• Operational integration support: Assist with monitoring integrations, reviewing alerts, carrying out

routine checks, and helping the team investigate failed or delayed data flows.

• Incident and request handling: Support the intake, analysis, documentation, and follow up of

operational tickets while learning how priorities, ownership, and service expectations are managed.

• Oracle support and learning: Help with Oracle related integration activities, data checks, testing,

documentation, and issue investigation under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Testing and validation: Prepare test data, execute agreed test scenarios, record outcomes, and help

confirm that integration changes work as expected.

• Documentation and knowledge management: Create and maintain clear process notes, support

guides, interface information, and troubleshooting documentation for the team.

• Monitoring and reporting: Help improve operational visibility by maintaining reports, tracking recurring

issues, and identifying patterns that may require follow up.

• Process improvement and automation: Look for repetitive activities that can be simplified or automated

and support small improvements using scripts, workflow tools, or low code solutions.

• Stakeholder collaboration: Work with colleagues in Finance, HR, IT, Security, DevOps, and other

business areas to understand processes and support integration related questions.

What we expect from you

• Curiosity and willingness to learn: An interest in enterprise technology, integrations, automation,

Oracle, and AI, with the confidence to ask questions and explore unfamiliar topics.

• Analytical mindset: A structured approach to troubleshooting, attention to detail, and an interest in

understanding how systems and processes connect.

• Technical foundation: Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, data formats, scripting, or cloud technology

is helpful. Experience gained through study or personal projects is welcome.

• communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication in English and the ability to explain

progress, issues, and findings to both technical and business colleagues.

• Teamwork and ownership: A proactive and collaborative attitude, reliability in completing agreed tasks,

and openness to feedback and coaching.

• Organizational skills: The ability to manage several small activities, document work clearly, and follow

established processes for security, privacy, and change management.
