The Role: Senior Procurement Specialist

The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for executing strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier contracts, and handling operational procurement activities for corporate functions such as Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and other support units. This role will play a critical part in optimizing supplier relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and driving procurement best practices while aligning with business objectives. 

Your mission at Irdeto:

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for assigned categories within corporate functions. 

• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier innovations. 

• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution to maximize value. 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement activities accordingly. 

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. 

Contract & Supplier Management: 

• Develop and manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance and continuous improvement. 

• Lead contract negotiations and oversee contract lifecycle management. 

• Monitor supplier compliance, service levels, and risk management initiatives. 

• Manage escalations and resolve supplier-related issues efficiently. 

Operational Procurement: 

• Support end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and order management. 

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize procurement workflows and efficiency. 

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation. 

How you can add value to the team:

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5-7 years of procurement experience, preferably in corporate services categories. 

• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations. 

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, SharePoint, Fresh Service, Zefort, KIM 

• Proven ability to manage multiple procurement categories and stakeholders effectively. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Fluency in English; Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
