Role Overview:
Join the dynamic Irdeto Integration and Support team. In this customer-facing role, you'll integrate, deploy, and support cloud-hosted solutions for leading media companies. With your strong programming expertise, ideally in C/C++, you can appreciate working with cloud environments, either AWS and/or GCP. If you are familiar with Gitlab and CICD pipelines, you will leverage off your skils, butilding your knowledge and experience in cyber security for the video and broadcasting industries. And if watermarking and piracy detection is already familiar to you, all the better!
Key Responsibilities:

Integration & Deployment: Lead the integration of Irdeto solutions into customer environments, working closely with product development and operations teams.

Technical Support: Provide advanced Tier 2 support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.

Testing & Certification: Oversee end-to-end testing to ensure product functionality and quality.

Documentation: Document installations, use cases, and customer requirements for internal and external audiences.

Training: Provide hands-on training to customers and occasionally deliver onsite services.

Feedback & Improvement: Offer strategic feedback to the product team on integration issues and customer enhancements.
What you can bring to the role:
-
5+ years in customer-facing software integration,with a proven track record in hands-on integration and support roles

Proficiency in RESTful web services, scripting languages such as Python and building SQL queries.

Programming experience with C, C++ or Java
-
GCP and AWS experience are advantageous.

Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD concepts, and tools like Jira
-
Knolwedge of APIs and experience working with tools such as Postman

Experience with OTT Streaming solutions and DRM technologies advantageous

Skills: Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:

Location: Remote Denver, CO position, but would be beneficial to be in Denver area.
